MY MISSION

Hi. I’m Molly.  I’m here to help you heal your pelvic floor.

As a woman, your life has many dimensions - caretaking,  professional goals and responsibilities, connection and intimacy, self-care, and your most deeply held dreams and passions.

It’s a beautiful tapestry, but can start to feel precarious when your body is out of balance. Perhaps especially so when it comes to your pelvic health.

Sadly, most of us were never educated about our pelvic anatomy and its very essential functions. In fact, many were taught to regard the pelvis with shame and silence.

As a result, your pelvic health journey often only begins when something is not right “down there.”

You don’t have to suffer in silence anymore.

For some women, it may be multiple, urgent trips to the bathroom at night, disrupting restful sleep.

Or avoiding exercise for fear of another embarrassing and inconvenient bladder accident. Not to mention sneeze or cough-related leaks!

For others, it might be pain after long periods of sitting, discomfort during sex, or an aching, uncomfortable bladder.

These symptoms can be quite distressing and it’s difficult to know who or what can help.

In my own pelvic health journey, it took 8 years before I was offered a set of practical and effective techniques to regulate my nervous system and restore my pelvic floor.

And yet this was the missing piece that ultimately most helped me to heal. Now, I do this work so you don’t have to wait!

My approach uses breath exercises, yoga postures, pelvic awareness, and mindfulness skills to help you restore your pelvic floor and, most importantly, find relief - so you can finally feel like YOU again!

Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health

Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health is a private, 6-week series to help restore healthy function to your pelvic floor. This series is designed to support issues such as urinary incontinence and urinary frequency, as well as various types of pelvic pain.

6 LIVE WEEKLY SESSIONS

First session is 90 minutes; subsequent sessions are 60 minutes
