As a certified Pelvic Floor Yoga™ teacher, I work with women like you who are struggling silently with urinary frequency, incontinence, or various types of pelvic pain.

Honestly…
I never planned on becoming a yoga teacher. But when pelvic symptoms upended my life, I experienced firsthand the anxiety, overwhelm, and very long journey of trying to find relief.
While Western medicine definitely has its role in managing pelvic symptoms, so much of my suffering could have been avoided if the “last resort” - a holistic, evidence-based application of mindfulness and yoga - could have been the first. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to this powerful way of helping women heal.

THE PROGRAM
Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health
Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health is offered on a one on one basis to create a private and personalized learning environment. During this 6 week series, we’ll work closely together to support your symptoms, move at a pace that feels comfortable to you, and integrate feedback from your homework practice into each session.
While participation in this series does not require a medical diagnosis, it is highly recommended that you work concurrently with your doctor and a pelvic floor physical therapist to address your symptoms in a comprehensive way.
Program Format
6 Weekly Sessions
The first session is 90 minutes; all subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.
Learn From Home
All sessions are held on the Zoom video meeting platform or FaceTime.
Individual Instruction
All sessions are one on one to ensure privacy and personalization.
Registration
The series fee is $600.
What To Expect

Pelvic floor health is intimately connected with the breath. In this series, you will develop breath awareness and work with breath exercises to establish a healthy breathing pattern and ease overall tension.

Each week, we will explore a few gentle yoga postures to support healthy pelvic floor muscle tone. By the end of the series, you will have a personalized yoga posture sequence designed specifically for you.

We will invite a sense of wholeness and connection through basic pelvic anatomy education. You will learn to identify and understand the function of key pelvic structures and reclaim the right to talk about your body.

We’ll take a mindful approach to movement, paying non-judgmental, moment to moment attention to sensations, emotions, and the inner narratives that influence the mind-body connection.

Weekly homework gives you an opportunity to work with the breath exercises and yoga postures on your own and then review and build on your experience in the next session.

I’m SO busy. Will I even have time to do this?
Let me ask you this - do you have time to keep struggling with these symptoms? There’s often no perfect time so if you really want your symptoms to improve, let’s get started. The fact that you are here tells me you are ready, even if it feels uncertain. We’ll work together to design your homework practice (between sessions) to realistically reflect the time you have available.
I can’t pay the full amount all at once - can I break down the payment?
Yes, payment can be made in two installments.
Do the sessions need to be weekly?
Yes, weekly sessions are important for consistency and continuity. Occasional exceptions can be made if something unexpected comes up or you have a previously scheduled conflict with one of your sessions.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. A full refund will be issued if you cancel before the first session in the series. After the first session, a full refund minus 25% will be issued if you notify me in writing within 48 hours of the conclusion of the first session. No refunds are issued after this point.
