Is it starting to feel like your pelvis is running the show?

Whether you struggle with pelvic pain, urgent urges, or unexpected leaks, I’m SO glad you’re here.

It’s time to get relief.

Hi, I’m Molly.

It’s my passion and purpose to help you relieve urinary symptoms and pelvic pain by restoring healthy function to your pelvic floor.

I’d like to help you:

  • Take an empowered and embodied approach to healing.

  • Learn to sit, stand, move, and breathe in way that restores balance to your pelvic floor.

  • And, most importantly, relieve your symptoms so you can return to a full and vibrant life.

What’s My Story?

I’ve experienced firsthand how hard it can be to live with urinary issues and pelvic pain. For eight years, I navigated distressing symptoms, dismissal by doctors, and an exhausting maze of ineffective treatments.

I spent a small fortune trying different medications, supplements, and special diets.

I lost the freedom to be spontaneous and active. And I felt very isolated and silenced by the stigma around talking about pelvic conditions.

The bottom line? I know deeply what it feels like to be frustrated, overwhelmed, and worried that life as you’ve known it could slip away.

You’re in the right place, because helping you is personal for me.

My Background

I’ve followed a unique path, driven by my own need to relieve pelvic symptoms and a desire to help women like you.

  • As a former academic researcher, with a Master’s degree from Stanford University, I’ve been drawn toward and trained in yoga-based programs that are rooted in clinical evidence with medical populations.

  • I’m a passionate learner, having completed not just one but two 200 hour yoga teacher training programs to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT).

  • My yoga education also includes a Pelvic Floor Yoga™ certification, under the instruction and mentorship of Leslie Howard, who literally wrote the book on yoga for pelvic symptoms!

  • Meditation is my passion and I’ve studied closely with Jim and Kimberly Carson of Mindful Yoga Works since 2018, including certification to teach their groundbreaking Mindful Yoga for Chronic Pain program.

  • I’m a lifelong equestrian and spent many years training horses and riders, so I’m experienced in guiding clients on an empowering journey that requires courage and vulnerability.

If I were to summarize the key to my approach in one sentence, it would be this…

You have more power over your healing than you think.

Yoga and mindfulness are embodied practices that empower you to take an active role in your own healing. This was the missing piece for me and why I’ve dedicated myself to helping you. I believe…

  • It’s possible to get relief using a thoughtfully-applied combination of breath exercises, movement, posture, pelvic awareness, and mindfulness skills.

  • It’s possible to inhabit your body in a way that supports you in being an engaged and supportive partner, parent, family member, or friend.

  • And… it’s possible to feel good enough to give your best effort in your work, whatever that may be, and pursue the unique passions that feed your soul!

A few random facts about me…

You’ll most often find me… in yoga clothes, absolutely covered in dog hair.

My ideal day is spent… on the trail, in the mountains, with my dogs.

My favorite people are… dogs and horses? Just kidding! I have a wonderful husband and group of long-time friends who are “framily.”

My superpower is… clean-as-you-go cooking that leaves very little mess!

I’m terrible at… remembering someone’s name right after we’ve been introduced.

I’m afraid of… karaoke! But if I ever get up the nerve, it will definitely be Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5.”

From the moment I felt called to teach this program, I had you and your healing in mind. It’s an honor to join women on this journey towards relief and well-being. Explore how we can work together here or book a FREE consult call so we can meet and talk about your needs.
